Preparing your application documents
Good preparation starts with a checklist for your actual application. Keep university admission documents and Student Pass requirements clearly organised.
Start with the university checklist
Confirm the entry requirements, application form, academic certificates, transcripts and any language evidence. Ask whether translations, certified copies or additional course documents are needed.
Check the current EMGS requirements
EMGS lists documents including an offer letter, passport copy, photograph, academic records, health declaration and English evidence for a new Student Pass application. Extra requirements can depend on nationality and campus. Use the current official checklist.
Keep your records consistent
Make clear copies and check that your name and other details match across documents. Keep originals available. Send sensitive documents only through the secure channel agreed with your counsellor or institution.
- Check the document format and validity
- Keep a copy of each submitted version
- Confirm any translation requirements
